Capital Art Apartments, Warsaw
The Capital Art Apartments will contain ca. 760 apartments in 5 buildings providing over ca. 44,000 sqm of modern living accommodation in the Wola district of Warsaw. The development will also house 1,700 sqm of commercial space and approx. 850 car parking places.
The construction of the 1st stage is completed and the occupancy permit was received, 218 apartments out of 219 are sold. The construction of the 2nd stage is completed as well, 80% of the apartments are sold (figures updated for 2011/08/19).
Atlas has constructed an on-site show apartment that has been a vital part of the marketing campaign that has led to such impressive sale figures.
